Overview
We have worked on various projects for Tesco Express all around the UK. These projects range from fit outs of the entire space to developing the lead shell.
The Project
In Eastbourne and Deal ISG was heavily involved from stripping out the existing building to forming new extensions to the rear of the building. ISG was also in charge of propping the building to allow new steel box frames, as well as installing new suspended slab over the basement area to tie in with the existing & new extension slabs.
In Bristol Paragon and Bexhill, ISG managed fitting in new shop fronts, screed & terrazzo floors, stud partitions, and internal drainage. ISG also retained and resprayed the existing shop fronts in addition to decorating the whole sales floor & back of house areas.
During all our associations with Tesco Express ISG saved the customer money. For example, by reducing the number of skips used by utilising the space under the existing basement arches, to store rubble from the walls that came down.
