Introduction

The 88,000 sq ft project was delivered in two phases to facilitate the customer's business requirements and to align with their previous lease agreements.

The Project

Spread across levels three, four and five, the large office was easily accessible via a new large spiral staircase situated at the centre. Given the nature of Skype's business, particular attention was paid to audio-visuals and acoustics. Special acoustic ceiling panels and lampshades were fitted throughout the meeting rooms and insulation spaces to ensure exceptional sound quality was achieved throughout. Skype was very pleased with the final outcome and ISG received a 10/10 score from the client for quality as well as 100% for Absolute Completion.
