Overview

In 2013 global business advisory firm, FTI, secured 100,000 sq ft of new office space at 200 Aldersgate to become its new EMEA headquarters. The design of the new headquarters facilitates the diverse range of services offered by FTI internationally

The Project

ISG delivered a fit out from Cat A comprising 80,000 sq ft across levels four and five and 20,000 sq ft on level nine. Open plan workspace, a selection of different sized meeting rooms, along with supporting print points and tea point’s feature across levels four and five.

To encourage team interaction a feature staircase was constructed to unite levels four and five and a staff cafeteria provides an informal break out area. Indicative of the diverse range of services offered by FTI a forensic technology laboratory was constructed for the delivery of FTI’s IT security consultancy services.

Level nine accommodates client-facing space and includes meeting rooms, three large presentation rooms and a dining area serviced by an industrial kitchen, pantries and food preparation areas. The space features high quality bespoke joinery throughout along with the latest audio-visual installations.

The Added Value

FTI required access to the space well before completion. As a result the project was delivered in two phases with the first sectional completion of the main equipment rooms and five secondary equipment rooms handed over in December 2013. Phase two was completed in February 2014.
