Introduction
Banco Do Brasil is Latin America’s largest international bank and one of the oldest financial institutions in the world. Banco do Brasil entrusted the local knowledge of agents Cushman Wakefield in securing their newest office at Pinners Hall, London. In 2009, the bank appointed ISG to deliver the fit out of its new London office.
The Project
This project comprised the installation of a new banking hall and trading areas, complete with ATMs as well as an assortment of meeting rooms. The overall design incorporated Banco do Brasil’s branding with strong hints of yellow and neutral colours throughout the interior.
Superior joinery skills were utilised in the creation of a brand new reception desk, which was the focal point of the reception area. Joinery finishes also appear on tea point areas, storage wall units, credenzas, and across the flooring and decoration.
The added value
ISG delivered a wide scope of works to the fourth floor resulting in the creation of a bright and contemporary banking facility. Cellular spaces were divided by glazed and plasterboard partitions. Feature spaces and metal ceilings make up the reception area. Fit out work was also delivered to the front of house area and boardroom. ISG equipped the bank with new Mechanical & Electrical systems including a new communications room with down-flow units, sprinklers, security, data and audio visual packages.
