Introduction
The fit out project at the Walbrook Building in London won the Best Fit Out of Workplace at the National British Council for Offices Awards 2014.

The project
We updated the ground to the seventh floor into unique open plan office spaces. The fit out included introducing equipment rooms, installing built in audio visual systems and fitting a new raised floor.
We installed kitchen facilities and tea points throughout the floors and fitted ‘Skyfold’ doors to allow the space to adapt to changing requirements.
The impressive seventh floor incorporates workplace areas with executive meeting and dining facilities. The standout feature of the project is the ‘Oculus’, an elliptical shape formed from the construction of raking steelwork and glass.
