The NWCH is one of the UK’s highest performing public sector capital procurement frameworks, and over the past twelve years we have delivered in excess of £336 million of high-profile, multi-award-winning community projects across the North West as a trusted and collaborative delivery partner.
On the high value framework, we have delivered several high-profile projects, including the multi-award-winning Manchester SEMH schools programme. Having delivered £12.7m of social, local and economic benefits. The schools have won several prestigious national awards this year including the Education Estates Award for “Inclusive Learning Spaces for All” and the “Delivering social value award” at the Building Awards.
We are currently on site at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester, due to complete in summer 2023.
