Nick Oddy, UKFO Director at ISG commented: “BT Group’s national investment programme to provide outstanding workplace environments for its employees highlights the continued importance of space and place to many of our most influential organisations. The ability to attract and retain talent remains a fundamental challenge across the UK and beyond and smart investments in workspace that support teamwork and innovation, also provide a tangible articulation of company vision and values.
“This regional trend is growing as our key cities respond to the changing dynamics of workplace demand and in addition to signature new build office schemes, we can also expect to see a revitalised low carbon retrofit market for existing property assets.”
