ISG has been successfully reappointed to the £1 billion Pagabo Refit and Refurbishment Framework – a procurement vehicle designed to fast-track and maximise efficiencies for essential public capital works improvement programmes.

As part of the first framework iteration, ISG delivered notable schemes at the Royal College of Art and at the Epping Forest Council Civic Building, and is currently delivering a project at The University of Brighton, to revitalise Mithras House as a new home for the School of Humanities and Social Science. Across the new framework, ISG has secured a further scheme with the University to revitalise the existing Racquets Club and Sports Centre at the Falmer Campus.

"Pagabo continues to prove highly influential in delivering important regional projects across the UK efficiently and at a scale that creates real value and legacy for communities."

Securing all four of the lots the company tendered for on the new framework, ISG will deliver projects for Pagabo clients across England, with project values ranging from £500K to £15 million+. This latest win adds to a growing tally of high-profile framework wins for ISG, with the contractor already a Pagabo Major Works Framework supplier, alongside the recently announced Ministry of Defence capital works
Defence Estate Optimisation portfolio and the coveted Ministry of Justice New Prisons Programme.

Jason Stapley, Chief Procurement Officer at Pagabo and its parent organisation The 55 Group, said: “With the focus on meeting net zero targets, many clients are becoming increasingly aware of the role refit and refurbishment will have on emissions across their assets and estates. It’s why it was so important to us to work with existing client organisations, specialists and the contracting authority to make sure this second-generation framework was absolutely fit for purpose.”

Louise Daville, Director of Public Sector Strategy at ISG added: “Pagabo continues to prove highly influential in delivering important regional projects across the UK efficiently and at a scale that creates real value and legacy for communities. In addition to delivering modernisation and improvements to our public assets, the Refit and Refurbishment Framework is heavily focused on essential low carbon retrofit upgrades that will support the drive towards our challenging net zero targets.”
