Overview
The Stuttgart Auto showroom is located in Leng Kee Road, at the heart of Singapore’s automotive retailing precinct. It is a key part of the Eurokars Group’s luxury offering representing the Porsche and Rolls-Royce brands in Singapore.
ISG was responsible for delivering the interior environment of this luxury establishment comprising a space of 20,000 sq ft spanning across three levels.
A significant portion of the ISG workscope were related to the Level 2 front of house customer contact areas. It includes a large lounge facility with bar area, AV presentation room and highly appointed WC facilities.
Through undertaking a fully novated design and build workscope, ISG oversaw the design development and fit out works to ultimately meet an evolving and highly complex client brief.
