Introduction
As the hospitality world becomes more competitive, hotel rebranding has become more prevalent.
For Hotel G – formerly BIG Hotel – our team delivered the refurbishment of 308 guestrooms across 16 floors, front-of-house areas encompassing the hotel concierge, two food and beverage outlets, fitness centre and also shopfront alteration to reflect the chic and lifestyle brand.
The project
The project was delivered within a fully-operational hotel by adopting a phased handover scheme. The construction programme was delivered within eight months in four phases, and our team worked hard to ensure a seamless construction process that minimised disruption, preserve reputation and have little to no impact on the quality of guest experiences.
Today, Hotel G offers a trendy and cosy hospitality experience, also hosting two famed food and beverage destinations which double up as alternative communal spaces, for guests to meet and mingle, work or relax.
