For a U.S technology giant, we delivered a 250,000 sq ft headquarters, creating an all-in-one technology hub for our client’s evolving needs as a global tech giant. Also a‘home away from home’ to an approximate headcount of 1,500 employees, the significant headquarters saw ISG undertake its full construction programme, which provided for a high specification fit out spanning 12 floors.

We created open and enclosed workplace formats, retail training centre, recording studio, 150-seat auditorium, two commercial kitchens, executive briefing centre, press briefing room and a wellness centre. Utilising specialist materials sourced from around the world and a high number of bespoke designs within a short lead-in time, our team responded quickly and worked flexibly to deliver this grand scheme on time for our client.
