Introduction

ISG was appointed by a Canadian athletic apparel retailer, to refurbish and expand its 1,600 sq ft retail store at ifc mall, three years after ISG's fit out of the same store in 2015. 

Located in Central, Hong Kong, this marks the fifth project that ISG has delivered for this customer over a period of four years.

The project

Engaged as the design and build contractor, ISG was responsible for the demolition of its former retail store into a bare shell, followed with the refurbishment and fit out works for an extension of space from the neighbouring store.

Featuring a new façade design with the layered light grooves at the store entrance, the brand’s illuminated signage captures shoppers’ attention. ISG delivered the retailer’s signature store experience, ensuring consistency with its global brand.

Our prior experience constructing retail stores within ifc mall built our familiarity with the submission process and construction rules of the facility management office, ensuring a smoother workflow and compliance with the mall’s requirements.

The project was successfully handed over on time in July 2018 over a period of 16 weeks.
