ISG to deliver refurbishment behind debut of French hotel brand Pullman in Singapore
As the main contractor for the hotel refurbishment, ISG will partner with interior designer, EDG Design, and Project Manager, CBRE to deliver mission-critical works across all seven floors of the rebranded property, creating cosmopolitan, bold, and edgy interiors to Pullman’s exacting standards, complete with French-inspired furnishings.
Set to be part of a mixed-use development occupying a prime location along Singapore’s Orchard Road shopping belt, Pullman Singapore Orchard will deliver upscale, hyperconnectivity, and sophistication to travelers through Pullman’s contemporary vision of comfort and symphony of bold prints and colours inspired by the belle époque of travel.
Steve Ramsden, ISG’s managing director for Southeast Asia and Middle East, said, “We are incredibly pleased to be selected to the part of the creation of this exciting new hospitality destination that will be Pullman Singapore Orchard. This marks a significant milestone for the Singapore business as it strengthens our delivery credentials in refurbishment, restoration, and retrofit projects for the luxury hospitality sector.”
Kelvin Hon, general manager, ISG Singapore said: “We are delighted to be appointed the main contractor behind the refurbishment and exciting debut of the very first Pullman Hotel in Singapore. This affirms our proven track record and reputation for delivery excellence in hotel refurbishment projects, following the rebranding of Mandarin Orchard to Hilton Orchard, the largest Hilton hotel in the APAC region through structural upgrading works successfully completed just this month by ISG, and the refurbishment of Fairmont Singapore earlier, which is part of the Accor Group today.”
One of the fastest-growing brands in Accor’s premium segment, Pullman Singapore Orchard will be the latest addition to Pullman Hotels and Resorts’ network of over 140 properties in more than 40 cities worldwide.
Pullman Singapore Orchard is slated to open in Q4 2022.
