ISG and Storemore, we walk together.

To get an idea of the impact of the Storemore project, built by ISG, we can exemplify it as follows: The installation of solar panels allows us to avoid the emission into the atmosphere of 271 tons of CO₂ per year. This gas has a huge impact on accelerating the greenhouse effect and increasing global warming. Therefore, this is equivalent, in 25 years, to removing 2754 cars from circulation and planting 2111 trees.

In little more than a year, thanks to its more than 3,000 storage units equipped with electronic locks, Storemore has become one of the most important self-storage companies in Spain.

The electronic storage rental company stands out, not only for its involvement in book collection campaigns and the provision of its spaces for emergencies, but also for its remarkable initiative with the AFADE foundation, where its active collaboration further strengthens its commitment to community welfare.

These actions are a clear testament to Storemore's dedication to making a positive difference in society. The organisation's impact goes far beyond the business sphere. The bond between ISG and Storemore has been strengthened through joint projects such as tree planting, united by a shared commitment to giving back to the community and involvement in social initiatives. This alignment in principles and values, especially with regard to the safety and health of our employees, is at the core of ISG's partnership with Storemore.

The Self-Storage company redefines the concept of storage with facilities that not only lead the European market for storage, removals and coworking spaces, but also innovate with the first storage center in Spain with electronic locks.

Javier Martín, project director at ISG, saw an opportunity in this challenge to mark a before and after in the industry. The result was the successful completion of this pioneering center in less than five months, demonstrating our ability to excel and our commitment to excellence. Javier comments: "We wanted to prove we were up the task and cement a lasting relationship with an innovative new client."

Dedication to a safe and healthy working environment was crucial in overcoming the challenges of such an innovative project, leading us to gain Storemore's trust and helping them become the first self storage company in Spain to have a BREEAM Excellent certified facility.
