Javier Cirac, Talent / Winning Work Director, Iberia

Javier, as entrepreneur, developed with some other partners, a company specialized in Fit Out and Data Centre, which was acquired by ISG in 2014. Since then Javier has been Managing Director of Iberia during 7 years and in April 2021 has been promoted to Country Manager.

With a background in Law and Business Development, Javier has developed his entire career working as CEO of the former company.

Since joining ISG, Javier built a new team based in a new culture and procedures which shows the difference with local competitors in the local market. ISG moved from 30 people and 12 m€ revenue in 2014 to 180 staff members and more than 130m€ annual turnover.
