Carmen Rico, Managing Director, Iberia

Carmen joined the Spanish team in September 2018, bringing with her over 20 years of technical and business management experience. Her professional career started in the development of projects and has evolved towards management functions; this has allowed her to have a global and adaptive profile.

Carmen has a strategic and operational point of view, with 13-year experience as technical direction and business manager. She’s been successful in developing, optimizing and increasing the size of various organizations in areas such as technical, industrial and real estate. The generation of new business models, among other things, has ensured their maximum profitability.

In 2021, Carmen was named Fitout Managing Director for ISG in Iberia. Her adaptive capacity, her revolutionary vision, her experience, and her great renown in the construction sector in Spain, assures us that she will lead ISG to achieve great achievements.
