Overview

ISG’s relationship with Barclays began with a six week project in Ballyhackamore, Northern Ireland in 2009. ISG has been one of three contractors on the collaborative ‘New Way of Working’ framework since 2013.

The bank had purchased the unit next door to their existing branch and was tasked with combining the two units to create a larger branch. The project was a huge success and led to a growing number of projects with Barclays.

The Project

In addition to retail banking branches and corporate office projects, ISG also works on a wide range of smaller branch refresh projects and Barclays Essentials branches inside ASDA supermarkets. Typically the projects range in value from £100,000 to £3.2m.

ISG works right across Barclay’s UK network with projects delivered to date from Glasgow (the bank’s most northern branch) throughout Wales and right through to Cornwall.
