Introduction
ISG has delivered multiple projects at the Concorde Hotel Shah Alam including the refurbishment of over 180 rooms, the remodelling and renovation of the main reception area, as well as the creation of a stunning ballroom – all while the popular hotel continued to trade.

The project
Our first project in 2012 entailed upgrade of 90 deluxe rooms spanning floors 9, 10 and 11. In 2013 we were subsequently awarded the refurbishment of the hotel's main lobby. Spanning two floors, the double height space included a mezzanine floor complete with a spiral staircase and two lift lobbies. In 2014 we delivered a full refurbishment to the hotel’s grand ballroom and most recently we have completed the remodelling and refurbishment of a further 90 guest rooms.
