Overview
We carried out the complete refurbishment of the first and second floors of the building to reflect changes to BP’s working strategy, whilst our customer remained in occupation of the ground floor. With the building services soon to reach the end of their serviceable life and struggling to cope with increased occupancy levels, essential service upgrades were required to improve efficiency and accommodate the building’s new reconfiguration.The project
The space was completely stripped to shell & core and fully reinstated to Cat B. This included a mixture of open plan and cellular office space, new meeting rooms, vending areas and project rooms with high specification audiovisual equipment.Our team was awarded additional works while completing the project. This included the refurbishment of the building’s toilets and redecorating the atrium. Both projects were incorporated into the original programme and delivered to our customer's set deadline.
