What personal data do we collect, for what purposes and under which legal ground?

ISG collect your personal data using the Move for Charity registration form.  Your registration information is stored securely in ISG and is only accessed by ISG’s marketing team. It includes location data, for the purposes of registering your office location to allow entry into a competition for ISG staff on which region has travelled furthest.

ISG use an external provider, Enthuse, to give staff a platform to register for fundraising and to collect the distances covered by all our participants.

Please click here to view Enthuse’s privacy policy.

Enthuse is an easy and reliable platform to enable you to fundraise for our global mental health charities. Using the link provided in your confirmation email, you immediately link to the virtual Move for Charity event which shows your progress. We encourage fundraising pages to be set up to take part in the event.

Strava

Linking your Enthuse fundraising page to Strava is optional. If you choose to not link your Strava account to your fundraising page we unfortunately cannot automatically track your mileage covered during the challenge.  However, you can still send your miles/km in an email to moveforcharity@isgltd.com.

If you do wish to integrate your Strava account, the integration allows ISG to track your contribution of miles moved for the Move for Charity virtual challenge. To find out how to link Strava to your fundraising page, you can view the Enthuse help article here.

Miles will only be tracked from your Strava application from Sunday 10 September to Saturday 16 September 2023 Once the event is completed, you have the option to disconnect your Strava application on your Enthuse fundraising page.

If you would prefer not to use Enthuse or Strava, you have the option to share your mileage directly with the marketing team at moveforcharity@isgltd.com

When will my information be deleted?

You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time by contacting moveforcharity@isgltd.com, otherwise we will keep your contact details for 13 months, so that we can approach you again next year.

Any other registration form data and individual results data will be deleted at the end of the event. Stories and coverage will be held for 30 days after the event and then deleted.  Social media posts relating to the event will remain on the platform in accordance with the specific platform retention policy but will only be posted with your prior consent.

If you would like to exercise your Individual Rights for the data held by Enthuse or Strava, please contact them direct.

Where can I find more information?
