Starring role for ISG Net Zero Welsh school in latest Mission Zero Coalition report
The Mission Zero Coalition launched its latest report today, titled "Building the Future: Lessons for a Buildings Breakthrough", in collaboration with the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) and Mission members, including ISG.
The Coalition believes that transforming our sector is crucial for reaching net-zero targets, both in the UK and globally. This paper explores how our sector can embrace change through a performance lens, ensuring that all new buildings today support the decarbonisation agenda.
ISG plays a prominent role in the report, showcasing our exemplar case study on standardised design within the education sector. Our South Point Primary School project in Rhoose, Vale of Glamorgan, stands as the first school in Wales to achieve a net-zero in-operation performance standard.
