ISG's graduate trainee programme to nurture new blood
Participated for the third year, ISG in Hong Kong was one of the recruiting employers who exhibited at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s career fair, held on 21 March.
The university offers a wide variety of school programmes related to construction, engineering and environmental disciplines, making it an ideal place for ISG to raise its profile and attract new candidates for its internship and graduate trainee programmes.
The event also included the participation of ISG’s current and former graduate trainees who shared their work experience with those who visited ISG’s booth.
ISG’s graduate trainee programme offers candidates on-the-job training, mentoring, job rotation across different departments and project sites, health and safety training and diverse internal and external training. When complete, graduate trainees will also be given the opportunity to be part of ISG’s projects and technical teams, with a prospective career path from five to seven years.
The application for the graduate trainee programme will close on 30 April, and the candidate review will commence in May, followed with interviews with shortlisted candidates. Selected graduates will receive employment offers in August.
