ISG has been appointed to fit out LinkedIn Corporation’s Singapore office at 10 Marina Boulevard in Downtown, Singapore. The new office space gives an additional footprint of 30,000 sq ft, expanding LinkedIn’s existing workspaces within the same building.
LinkedIn’s Singapore office serves at the company’s Asia-Pacific headquarters, supporting the company’s regional locations, and acting as a link for the company’s strategic partnerships, member engagement, and sales and marketing in the region.
As the appointed main contractor for LinkedIn office expansion, ISG will work in tandem with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), SCA Design, and J Roger Preston to deliver a custom suite of quality interior fit-out services that include structural works for a new internal staircase with bespoke balustrades, bespoke feature ceilings, high-quality custom joinery (carpentry) works, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP) works, wall and floor finishes, and glazed system partitions complying to stringent acoustic specifications.

A key collaborative element of the expanded workplace is the new internal staircase with bespoke finished steel balustrades, specially designed and built to connect the existing workplaces.
SnagR, a digital construction management software will be deployed by the ISG project team for dedicated on-site data capturing, live progress reporting, issue management and 360˚performance analysis, ensuring the timely and successful achievement of project goals over the next four months.

Fit-out works by ISG had recently begun in April 2022 and are slated for completion in July 2022. Upon completion, the expanded office is earmarked to obtain the globally recognised LEED and WELL green certifications.
