ISG re-appointed to the Southern Construction Framework
We have been awarded a place on the fifth generation SCF Construct framework across three £4m+ lots. Created to support public sector construction and development in the region across all sectors including education, health, local authority and leisure developments, SCF Construct is available to all public bodies in the South East, London and the South West.
The latest generation includes additional lots for the South West, between £1m and £5m, which brings local expertise to clients in the region and will give public sector organisations access to a full range of construction solutions and the potential to access new local supply chains.
"We continue to deliver high-quality projects for our clients and leave a lasting impact on our communities. We have delivered standout projects across the previous iteration of the framework, none more so than TBY2 at The Bottle Yard Studios, which was awarded project of the year at the SCF awards"
Matt Glass, Senior Bid Manager, ISG
We are currently on site delivering several SCF-procured projects including Woodlands Meed School in West Sussex and have recently completed the award-winning TBY2 facility at The Bottle Yard Studios in Bristol, Hamilton School in Reading for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and more recently a second phase of the North Devon Enterprise Centre (Node) expansion in Barnstaple.
Matt Glass, framework lead and senior bid manager at ISG, commented: “We are delighted to have been reappointed to the Southern Construction Framework and look forward to continuing our successful partnership.

A commitment to provide a trustworthy, equitable, and ethical vehicle for delivery based on greater transparency and governance underpins the framework. For its fifth generation, SCF has chosen contractors that can demonstrate exemplary carbon benchmarking assessment for all builds and has prioritised carbon retrofit capabilities as part of its industry-leading carbon and social value targets.
Kingsley Clarke and Adam Sanford, SCF Operation Leads, commented: “We are delighted to welcome ISG back to our fifth generation of the SCF Construct framework. As a framework we are very demanding on our contractor partners and ISG have demonstrated once again that they can deliver projects that match and share our objectives for public sector construction in the South of England.
The new framework will be launched in May 2023.
