Meet our talent acquisition team
From day one, we want our people to build something special at ISG, where they can make their mark, reach their goals, and be rewarded and recognised for their achievements.
At the heart of this is our talent acquisition function, whose role is to develop a sourcing strategy to enable the team to attract top talent whilst identifying new opportunities for our existing employees.
The team plays an important role in attracting and selecting talent, supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process, communicating our leading benefits offering, and delivering an unbeatable experience for everyone through our recruitment and onboarding process.
But what inspired them to pursue a career in construction? We asked them to find out.
Oscar Jay
Talent Acquisition Advisor – Fit Out
“A running theme throughout my career has been the ability to talk to people and communicate at all levels. After Falling into the construction industry 4 years ago, I found recruitment. I always wanted to work for ISG in some capacity, as I admired the company and the projects delivered. The perfect opportunity arose for me to combine my skills as a communicator with a role at my dream company and I have not looked back. Talking to professionals everyday about the exciting and ever progressing world of ISG as well as learning more about this amazing industry is truly a pleasure.”
Jessica Hawkins
Talent Acquisition Advisor – Fit Out
“My grandad said I could talk for England, so recruitment seemed perfect for me! I get to talk to many, different people daily, which working in the construction industry can include people who have worked at Buckingham Palace, built the Olympic Velodrome and designed the labs leading the fight against cancer.”
Shannon Wade
Talent Acquisition Advisor – Retail
"I'm inspired by the construction industry because I thrive in its ever-changing nature. The dynamic environment keeps me engaged and allows for continuous learning and growth.”
Jamie Mills
Talent Acquisition Advisor – Construction & Hyperscale
“I entered the construction sector after discovering (at school) I preferred doing things with my hands, rather than studying academic subjects. Once I left school and completed my plumbing apprenticeship, I worked for a trade and I loved it. If I hadn’t damaged the cartilage in my knees, I would most likely still be in the same role now!”
Matthew Owen
Talent Acquisition Advisor – Corporate Functions and Hyperscale
“I worked in recruitment for 16 years before making the move to talent acquisition. During this time I recruited for several construction clients, and these were by far the most interesting projects I got involved with. When the opportunity arose to join ISG and be involved in their hyperscale builds (future mobility, high-tech manufacturing, film studios, etc), I jumped at the chance!”
We care deeply about diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and we work hard to make sure that, whatever your background, you’ll feel valued and respected at ISG.
We’re proud of our dynamic workforce and believe your career should only be limited by your own ambition. So, if you require any adjustments throughout the recruitment process as part of your application, please let us know at tateam@isgltd.com.

All unsolicited CVs or proposals received via other means will be treated as gratuitous submissions. This means we reserve the right to directly contact any candidate speculatively submitted by a third party outside our approved preferred suppliers.

Currently, we’re not looking to add any more agencies to our preferred supplier list. Therefore, we would kindly ask recruitment agencies to refrain from contacting any of our managers. If you would like to be added to our interested parties list, please contact tateam@isgltd.com.
