Our approach to flexible working
At ISG, we value and respect difference and are committed to building an inclusive culture where our people can thrive and feel a sense of belonging. We believe that creating a flexible environment, where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside work, is key to this.
We also believe that you will be at your best if you have a positive work-life balance, whether that’s choice about where or how you work. Our workplace strategy, ‘Work for You’, includes flexible working practices such as hybrid working, where employees can split their working time between work and home. We also recognise that some roles lend themselves to flexible options more than others, so if this is important to you, please discuss this with your recruiter during the hiring process.
Our work with local communities
Outside of ISG, we seek to create a positive and sustainable legacy by providing funding to target apprenticeships that unlock wider community potential and prosperity.
In 2023, this saw us pledge £200,000 of our Apprenticeship Levy to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the North of England create apprenticeships that invest in an provide new opportunities for local communities.
