Colin Hamilton, Sector Director – Health, ISG (Chair)
Colin has 35 years’ experience, working in operational environments, investments and account management. He has worked across a number of sectors, predominantly in healthcare, driving improvements for better patient outcomes. Neal O’Leary, Programme Director, Welsh Government
Neal has a BSc (Hons) in building surveying and is the programme director for the Welsh Government's £3.8bn Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme. Prior to returning to education infrastructure, Neal spent eleven years heading up Cadw’s 'Properties in Care', leading conservation, capital development, FM and asset management.Ross Wood, Group Head of Sustainability, ISG
Ross leads on ISG’s approach to carbon reduction and management. From environmental assessments and minimising the impact of construction processes, Ross provides the necessary support to teams across the business, ensuring seamless delivery and added value.
