Jane Falconer, Chief People Officer

Jane Falconer is ISG’s Chief People Officer, and has been a member of the Statutory Board since January 2019. Prior to ISG, Jane was senior vice president of HR at UTi Worldwide. She has a fantastic record of delivering transformative HR strategies and is committed to achieving ISG’s goal to be the best employer in the industry, offering an unbeatable employment experience, and attracting the best talent. Jane holds two master’s degrees in employment law, and industrial relations and personnel management, and is focussed on supporting ISG’s people to achieve their full potential while building its reputation as a great place to work.
