Overview
With around 841,000 customers, Sanitas is one of the biggest health insurers in Switzerland. When Sanitas decided to remodel their offices in Lausanne they required a contractor with experience working in both the German and French speaking part of Switzerland.
Due to ISG’s previous track-record working for Sanitas in Zurich our client had confidence knowing that ISG would not only meet their challenging programme but also will deliver the high quality that the Lausanne project required.
The project
The project comprised three floors with phase one requiring considerable strip out and demolition. The fit out comprised a mixture of office accommodation and associated staff training, meeting and welfare facilities.
The team also installed a complete mechanical and electrical system as well as the latest audio visual and communication equipment and a new fire protection and security system.
ISG ensured the project met all local authority criteria and took responsibility for applying for and obtaining all required permits on behalf of our client.
