Sara Purvis, Divisional Director Berlin

Sara Purvis joined ISG in January 2024 – as Divisional Director Berlin she oversees all business activities and projects in northern Germany. 

With over 25 years of experience developing projects, especially in the commercial office sector, Sara brings an impressive professional background. In her previous role, she successfully led The Office Group's German market entry, managing five projects with a total area of 35,000 sq m in three cities.

Since moving to Berlin, Sara has built a strong network with service providers, consultants, and landlords, maintaining long-lasting and trustworthy business relationships. Her expertise covers various property types, including offices, hotels, residential properties, healthcare, and neighbourhood development. In addition to Germany, Sara has successfully managed diverse projects in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. 

She studied Urban Planning at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a certificate in Construction Project Management from the RICS.
