Harry Tettinger, Director Operations Germany & Luxembourg

Harry Tettinger has been the Director of Operations Germany & Luxembourg at ISG Germany since April 2023. His role includes supporting the strategic realignment as well as expanding and optimising business-related processes.

Harry brings over 13 years of real estate experience, having worked with several international companies. Most recently, as Regional Lead Real Estate & Development at Apple in Munich, he reported directly to the EMEA Lead for Real Estate and Development. Previously, he was an executive in Real Estate & Facility Management as well as Engineering and Consulting for over twenty years with leading companies such as MSD and Airbus. His strategic skills have enabled Harry to achieve sustainable cost optimisation through site consolidation, organisational development, service level alignment and transferring best practices to his employers' business models. His accomplishments include implementing New Work concepts, leading and completing real estate M&A projects, and negotiating site leases.

Before attaining his MBA and graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Harry also completed an apprenticeship as a power electronics technician.
