As Divisional Director, Andrew Zacharias has been leading ISG’s Frankfurt and Luxembourg branches since January 2024. Previously, he led the Luxembourg office, strategically expanding the branch and successfully completing high-quality office fit out projects for important clients, including global companies in the logistics, technology, and banking sectors.

With over 17 years of construction experience, Andrew brings comprehensive knowledge to the table. His expertise managing projects is underpinned by a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs at every stage of construction, undertake necessary actions, and minimise potential risks. His keen interpersonal skills enable him to effectively lead large construction teams onsite and efficiently resolve conflicts. Andrew is dedicated to further expanding the Frankfurt and Luxembourg offices, strengthening the team, and raising ISG’s profile in the local market.

With a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design & Technology from Cardiff Metropolitan University, Andrew’s sound education is complemented by his extensive practical experience.
