We delivered the food court in the lively 20,000 sqm marketplace including demolition, M&E and fit out works during the centre´s full operation. With detailed planning and a precise time scheduling the team kept the works at an absolute minimum to reduce the impact on customers and other tenants and handed over the new food court to an extremely satisfied customer.

Working above a doctors' surgery on the ground floor required careful planning and close coordination with the tenants and property management team to avoid any disruption.
