Introduction
ISG has completed the construction of a two-storey datacentre in Dublin for a large US-based co-location datacentre specialist. The quick build was completed within an impressive timeframe of 42-weeks, further strengthening our relationship with the repeat client as they look to expand across Europe.
The project
The project involved delivering two 3MW data halls, which form part of the second of four phases of development on the client’s Profile Park Campus in Clondalkin, Dublin.
The high-specification datacentre includes indirect adiabatic air-cooling systems, and advanced resilient power solutions.
Making it happen
Despite the challenges faced, the team delivered a fast-tracked high-quality result through constant collaboration and communication with the client, local contractors and the team.
The team is currently in discussions with the client to extend the scope of the original contract to include the tenant's technical fit out.
