ISG in the Middle East, has successfully delivered unique and iconic projects, making it a major player in the United Arab Emirates and ranked among the top 25 businesses in the Fit-Out sector by Commercial Interior Design magazine.

Established in 2007, UAE office employs 90 talents from 21 different nationalities, one of the most dynamic business units within ISG global network. ISG in the Middle East unit have recently been confirmed as a three-stars employer by the b-Heard employee engagement survey, being the highest possible accolade to achieve. The team at ISG is leading a customer centric approach across the board and achieved an overall 87% CX score in 2022, ensuring an elevated customer experience throughout the clients’ journey.
Till date, ISG delivered the largest number of fit-out projects, commissioned by Expo 2020 Dubai. ISG’s projects at Expo 2020 Dubai included almost 90 different structures, the most significant number of fit-out works by a single firm for thematic and country pavilions at Expo 2020 Dubai. This included 62 country and thematic pavilions, 10 Best of the Best (BOTB) restaurants, seven Local Gems restaurants, two Food Halls in addition to the Expo 2020 Media Centre, the Expo Monitoring and Control Centre, North and South Viewing Platforms, and Service Pavilions.
Also, throughout 2021 and 2022, ISG delivered several projects at ICD Brookfield Place, Dubai, the LEED Platinum-certified development in DIFC. ISG’s three-year framework agreement positions the company for strategic and long-term involvement as a trusted partner for engineering and construction services, supporting ICD BP in realising its investment vision for the iconic development. Projects completed include the Micro Suites, a high-caliber workspace spanning across two levels, the luxurious fitness destination 1Rebel, and the collaborative and social space Niche Community Hub on the ground level. ISG delivered the turnkey fit out to the global law firm Linklaters’s offices, among other high profiled clients within the financial and corporate sectors.

In 2022, ISG completed the works on several large-scale projects including, the fit-out the new headquarters for du telecom in Dubai Hills, the complete refurbishment of the iconic Jumeirah Mina A’Salam Hotel and the fit-out of new Roxy Cinemas in Dubai Hills Mall, to name a few, and both projects were shortlisted in the Commercial Interior Design Awards MENA 2023 for Interior Fit-Out Project of the Year - Hotel category and the Interior Fit-Out of the Year – Residential, Retail & Leisure category respectively.
Steve Ramsden has been at the helm of ISG’s Middle East business since 2016. During his tenure, ISG’s presence in the region grew significantly and the UAE business achieved its best results.
