ISG secures an extension on its framework agreement with ICD Brookfield Place

ISG in the Middle East has further strengthened its partnership with ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai International Financial Centre by securing an extension to its framework agreement for an additional fourth year.
Under the framework agreement, ISG has already delivered notable schemes, including the ultra-high specification Micro Suites, 1Rebel Gym, and the Niche community space. Ongoing projects include the turnkey fit-out of the Sky Suites and complex structural and MEP work at the Top of Tower.
ISG was appointed as the exclusive framework contractor for the entire ICD Brookfield Place building, as a dedicated landlord partner for all construction works required on the 53-storey development. To date, ISG has received and delivered 449 individual orders across the duration of the agreement. This work has encompassed a comprehensive scope of built environment solutions, from high-specification office fit-out projects for renowned international financial and law firms, to intricate work in communal areas, and MEP as a trusted and collaborative delivery partner.
